Terms of Service: Nuristani Group Socials

1. Who operates the app
Nuristani Group Socials (the “app”) is operated by Nuristani Group, a California real estate brokerage (DRE #02166546), 5655 Silver Creek Valley Rd, San Jose, CA 95138 (“we,” “us”).
2. What the app is for
The app is a private tool we use to manage our own social media accounts. It:
- publishes posts and replies only to accounts that Nuristani Group owns or manages;
- publishes nothing and sends nothing until the account owner, or a team member she authorizes, approves that specific item;
- reads statistics about our own accounts.
3. Who may use it
Only Nuristani Group and the team members it authorizes may use the app. It is not offered to, and may not be used by, anyone else. There are no third-party users and no public accounts.
4. Platform terms
When the app connects to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Nextdoor or Google, the platform’s own terms also apply. Use of our YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). We may disconnect any platform at any time.
5. Privacy
How the app handles information is described in our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
6. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nuristani Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
