How to Delete Your Data: Nuristani Group Socials

Nuristani Group uses a private tool, Nuristani Group Socials, to manage its own Facebook Page, Instagram account, YouTube channel and other accounts. If you commented on our posts, reviewed our business on Google, or sent us a direct message, the tool may have handled your name or username and what you wrote.

What we keep

• When Facebook or Instagram notifies us of a comment or message, the words and your name are removed after 48 hours, and the remaining reference numbers after 30 days.
• If we reply to you, our approval record (your first name and the platform’s reference number for you) is deleted 7 days later.
• Comments, reviews and messages the tool reads directly from a platform are not saved by the tool.
• The AI assistant’s working history on our computer, which can include text it read, is deleted within 30 days.
• Our activity log never contains your name or your words, and is deleted after 90 days.

Option 1: Remove our app in Facebook

If you connected to our app through Facebook, remove it in your Facebook settings under apps and websites. Facebook sends us a deletion request, the tool deletes what it holds about you right away, and you are shown a confirmation code you can keep.

Option 2: Ask us

1. Email nidia@nuristanigroup.com with the subject “Delete my social media data”.
2. Include the platform and your username or a link to your profile. The approximate date of your comment, review or message helps.
3. You do not need to give a reason or send any ID.

What happens next:

• We confirm we received your request within 2 business days.
• We delete the words, names, reference numbers and approval records the tool holds about you.
• If you left a Google review: Google does not give us a reference number for reviewers, so we cannot look up your approval record. It is removed automatically within 7 days of our reply.
• We email you to confirm, within 7 days of your request.
• If you ask, we stop replying to you through the tool.

What this does not delete: your comments, reviews and messages on the platform itself. They stay until you or the platform remove them. You can delete your own comments and messages in each app, and edit or delete your Google review in Google Maps.
